IndyCar took to the annual track ahead of the Indy 500 at the IMS circuit, and it was Alex Palou who dominated the proceedings.
Similar to his previous wins, the current champion positioned himself near the front until overtaking Christian Lundgaard for the lead during pit stops. From that point on, he was unstoppable.
Will Power finished in second place, extending his winless streak that began almost two years ago. Lundgaard managed to hold on to third place, securing a spot on the podium for RLL.

There was only one instance of caution during the race, and the various pit strategies didn’t have much impact, as each driver had to make three stops to complete the mandatory 85 laps.
The next goal for the entire paddock is the Indianapolis 500. Practice sessions for the renowned event will begin on Tuesday, with the race itself scheduled for two weeks from now, on May 26.
