The revamped Opel Mokka, which was recently presented, arrives on the market with more features, highlighted by a more modern look and enhanced technology with the addition of ChatGPT.
The updated Mokka now comes standard with an infotainment system featuring a 10-inch touchscreen, as well as a digital instrument panel of similar size. This can be easily operated through widgets, just like on a smartphone.
In combination with the optional navigation system, simply saying “Hey Opel” activates the natural voice recognition, which has become even more useful with the integration of ChatGPT now available in the Mokka as part of the Connect Plus package. The system can now learn and autonomously suggest destinations and route guidance based on the driving habits of the associated driver profile.
Moreover, the generative artificial intelligence of ChatGPT can make journeys more enjoyable. As the technology, developed by OpenAI, has learned from a vast amount of data, it can deliver responses to its users in a sophisticated and accurate manner.
For example, when searching for a restaurant in an unfamiliar city, ChatGPT can make suggestions based on personal preferences and provide an itinerary for the chosen destination. It can also answer questions like who the artist was that performed a particular song, or who starred in a blockbuster movie – it can even create a quiz to enhance the entertainment factor.
Remember that the new Opel Mokka is available with two electrified options, a hybrid variant with 136 hp and a fully electric version with 156 hp, as well as a gasoline engine with two power levels of 130 and 136 hp.
Opel has already revealed that the refreshed Mokka is now available in the national market with a starting price of €25,965.
