Renovado Dacia Spring já tem preço para Portugal

Three years and over 140,000 units later, the renewed Dacia Spring arrives in the national market with new arguments that make it more competitive in the segment of 100% electric city cars, claiming the status of the most affordable proposal, with a launch price of €16,900.

The third best-selling electric car to private customers in Europe, the Spring aims to lead the democratization of electric mobility and for that it now comes with an innovative design, marked by a renewed front and rear, with new elements that adorn the bumpers, and two new body colors, Safari Beige and Brick Red, to add to the catalog alongside the well-known Kaolin White, Slate Blue, Pearl Black, and Lightning Grey.

Inside, the dashboard has been completely reinvented, incorporating a customizable instrument panel with a 7” display and a large 10” central multimedia screen in the top-of-the-range models, incorporating intelligent navigation for up to 8 years, with real-time traffic conditions and updated European maps, and allowing wireless use of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Keeping the compact exterior dimensions, the renewed Spring has a length of around 3.7 meters, and now offers 308 liters of boot capacity, a 6% increase compared to its predecessor, which can reach 1004 liters with the rear seats folded down. In addition, the additional storage (double glove compartment, door compartments, etc.) with a total volume of almost 33 liters, is also superior to segment standards.

At the front, a compartment under the front hood provides an additional 35 liters of storage space. The central console can also accommodate an exclusive cup holder, made with cutting-edge 3D printing technology, flexible and resource-efficient.

Regarding engine options, the renewed Dacia Spring continues with only two power levels for the electric motors, with 45 hp and 65 hp, powered by a 26.8 kWh battery capacity, providing a range of over 220 km.

As standard, the model comes with a 7 kW AC charger that can charge the battery from 20% to 100% in less than 11 hours in a household socket, or in just 4 hours in a 7 kW wallbox. An optional 30 kW DC charger is available for faster charging from 20% to 80% in 45 minutes.

The new Spring range includes three equipment levels: Essential, Expression, and Extreme, along with a cargo version. In terms of prices, Dacia has already announced that the updated Spring starts at €16,900 for the Essential equipment level version, equipped with the 45 hp electric motor.

As for the Expression variant, it starts at €18,900 and the Expression version at €19,900. These last two variants are equipped with a 65 hp motor.

The opening of orders for the new Spring will start in the second quarter in Portugal, with the first deliveries scheduled for the four-month period of the year.
