The Board of Directors of the Renault Group has decided to appoint, starting this Tuesday, July 15, 2025, Duncan Minto as CEO of Renault S.A., on an interim basis until the appointment of a successor to Luca de Meo, who today left the position to lead Kering, owner of Gucci.
Currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Renault Group, Duncan Minto will ensure the daily management of the company together with Jean-Dominique Senard, who will take on the role of Chairman of Renault S.A., the operational company of the Group, during this period.
Having been with the Renault Group since 1997, Duncan has solid experience in finance and a deep understanding of the activities of the French Group.
Renault also stated in a communiqué that “the selection process for the new CEO is already underway, under the supervision of the Governance and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors.”
