Fornecedor da Red Bull nega culpa pela saída de Verstappen no GP da Austrália.

The Australian Grand Prix of Max Verstappen came to an abrupt end due to a brake failure in his car. However, it was clear that the responsibility for this issue lies with Red Bull, according to brake supplier Brembo.

The race was a disappointment for the world champion, as he was on track to equal his world record of ten consecutive victories. Unfortunately, a brake failure caused Verstappen’s brakes to burn out, forcing him to retire on the third lap. This incident led to criticism of Red Bull’s brake supplier, Brembo.

Verstappen’s RB20 car was equipped with a different engine for the race. However, brake issues were present from the start, as indicated by the data. Brembo released a public statement denying any responsibility for the incident. The company stated that the issues faced by Verstappen and others were not caused by faults in Brembo components.

Furthermore, Brembo emphasized that the issues in both cases were a result of incorrect car configuration choices. Therefore, the Italian manufacturer had no direct involvement in either of the incidents. As a result, Red Bull will need to investigate the brake issues and take steps to prevent their recurrence in future races.

Verstappen took to social media to express his disappointment with the unexpected retirement from the Australian Grand Prix. He mentioned feeling “devastated” by the whole situation. However, he acknowledged that such incidents are part of racing in Formula 1. The three-time world champion and his team are now looking forward to the next race.

Despite the disappointing end to the Australian Grand Prix, Verstappen had previously mentioned that the start of the season had been one of the best so far. He praised the balance of the car and the team’s performance with few errors. Therefore, the 26-year-old driver is satisfied with his prospects at Red Bull and will continue racing for the team.

Furthermore, Red Bull’s dominant RB20 chassis provided a smooth ride for the drivers during the race weekend. This gives the team confidence that they will return to winning ways at the Japanese Grand Prix. Verstappen also promised to bounce back from the disappointing weekend in the next race.
