Red Bull pronto para anunciar consequências para Christian Horner antes do Grande Prêmio do Bahrein de 2024.

An investigation into the alleged inappropriate behavior of Red Bull team principal Christian Horner is expected to be concluded before the Bahrain Grand Prix, which marks the start of the season. The investigation, conducted by an external specialist lawyer, has been completed, including an interview with Horner on February 9th. Throughout the process, Horner consistently denied the accusations and has been actively involved in team activities. The extensive report, believed to be over 100 pages long, is now in the hands of the Red Bull GmbH board, who will make the decision regarding Horner’s future roles. Initially, the decision was expected to be communicated by Tuesday or Wednesday, but it appears that a resolution has not yet been reached. Teams and drivers will gather in Bahrain for media activities before the race, and Horner is scheduled to return from the UK on Wednesday. While the details of the investigation may not be extensively disclosed, it is expected that any statement from Red Bull GmbH will reflect a thorough investigation. Horner, who has been the team principal of Red Bull since 2005 and has overseen multiple championship wins, faces a significant decision regarding his future in Formula 1. The situation has drawn the attention of other team principals, such as Mercedes’ Toto Wolff and McLaren’s Zak Brown, who have emphasized the importance of a swift and transparent conclusion to the investigation. Red Bull’s star driver, Max Verstappen, has expressed hope for a resolution. Despite the ongoing investigation, Horner has maintained a “business as usual” approach during team events. The management of the investigation currently falls under the responsibility of Red Bull GmbH, rather than the Red Bull Racing team.
