Red Bull promete mostrar suas habilidades após a surpreendente saída de Adrian Newey.

Adrian Newey frequently received credit for Red Bull’s success during the era of ground effect. The separation of Red Bull and Newey, after much speculation, left the Austrian team wounded. Speculation circulated in the paddock about how the Austrian team would handle the departure of the design genius. However, Red Bull’s technical director, Pierre Wache, confidently stated that, despite the rumors, the team is motivated to prove that they can dominate Formula 1 without Newey’s help.

Adrian Newey joined Red Bull in 2006, after a short period with another team. By that time, he had already won around twelve championships with his designs. However, his success continued to grow with Red Bull, accumulating another dozen championships with the Milton Keynes-based team. But when the 2024 season began, chaos ensued, leading Newey to end his partnership with the team. It was believed that Red Bull would struggle without its design genius.

Pierre Wache, however, rejected these claims and acknowledged that Red Bull needed to showcase its capabilities to the rest of the grid. The French engineer expressed disappointment at Newey having to leave the Austrian team prematurely. Despite Newey’s contributions to Red Bull’s success, Wache stated that the team was prepared for his departure and had made arrangements in advance. Now, they aim to prove themselves in the upcoming seasons, showing that they can thrive without Newey.

Since the announcement of Newey’s departure, rumors have been circulating about his next move. Some in the paddock speculate that he may join Maranello, while others believe he could go to another team. However, these rumors have been vehemently denied by an individual, who considered them unfounded. This Italo-American individual criticized the idea of Newey joining Williams, stating that the English team had nothing to offer him. Despite this skepticism, the transfer market in Formula 1 has been unpredictable, and a decision about Newey’s future may be made in the coming stages.
