In a surprising turn of events, amidst the buzz surrounding Lewis Hamilton’s departure from Mercedes to join Ferrari in 2025, it has come to light that Formula 1 One Management has rejected Andretti Cadillac’s bid. Moreover, an investigation into Christian Horner’s alleged inappropriate conduct has been unveiled, adding another layer of intrigue to the Formula 1 world.

According to sources, Horner has been accused of exhibiting “excessively controlling behavior” by a female colleague. In response, Red Bull, who owns Oracle Red Bull Racing, has initiated an internal inquiry and enlisted the services of a specialized barrister to oversee the process. As part of this investigation, Horner is scheduled to appear for a hearing session on Friday to present his side of the story.

Horner vehemently denies the allegations, while Helmut Marko, Red Bull F1 Consultant, has chosen not to comment on the ongoing controversy. Although Horner has continued to fulfill his duties and recently attended the F1 Commission meeting in London on Monday, the outcome of the investigation will ultimately determine his future with the team.

The report from Auto Motor und Sport reveals that Red Bull is eager to reach a resolution before February 15. This date holds significance as it marks the unveiling of Red Bull Racing’s 2024 F1 car, the RB20, which will be utilized by Max Verstappen in his quest to defend his F1 Drivers’ Title. Naturally, Red Bull aims to avoid any cloud of suspicion overshadowing this highly anticipated launch event, as it will set the stage for their 2024 F1 campaign.
