RB is turning heads with a fresh, fashion-forward approach for the upcoming Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. The Faenza-based squad has announced a bold collaboration with German fashion giant Hugo, unveiling a unique denim-inspired livery that will be featured under the bright Marina Bay lights.
As part of their partnership with Hugo, a division of Hugo Boss, RB’s cars will sport a light-blue denim pattern across the nose and sidepods, accompanied by darker denim shades on the chassis and endplates. This design doesn’t just stop at the car—RB’s pit garage will also be fully outfitted in the new denim theme, creating a cohesive and eye-catching look for the team.
Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda, the team’s drivers, will also don race suits featuring the same denim motif, making this collaboration a complete immersion of fashion and motorsport.
Ricciardo, known for his vibrant personality, welcomed the innovative design, stating: “Over the years we’ve seen fashion brands join forces with F1 teams and drivers, especially when it comes to outfits, but never have we seen any of them take this step in fully immersing themselves on track too. We’re really raising the stakes here.”
Tsunoda echoed the excitement, adding: “Fashion is one of my passion points, so to see our team collaborating in such a unique way, beyond our team kit and our daily HUGO outfits, is super cool, especially since no one else has ever done it before.”
RB’s daring move to blend fashion with motorsport in such a prominent way could pave the way for more creative collaborations between fashion brands and F1 teams in the future.
