Red Bull is currently facing several issues, including internal power struggles and political controversies, which have brought unnecessary attention to the team. Despite the ongoing turmoil within the team, they remain a strong contender. The team is working together to achieve the best possible results.

The Milton-Keynes-based team currently has a long-term agreement with the current world champion. However, their second driver has until the summer break to prove his worth to the team.

Perez’s contract will end after this season, and there is a belief that he has caught the attention of certain people.

A position at Red Bull represents a significant opportunity for the Spanish driver, as the team is currently dominating the sport. With the possibility of Max Verstappen moving to Mercedes, the team is already considering alternative options to replace him, which could result in a completely new lineup of drivers for Red Bull. However, Verstappen himself has expressed his satisfaction with Red Bull and his desire to stay with the team long-term.

Max Verstappen secures a strong comeback at the Japanese GP after an “unlucky” DNF in Melbourne.

The Australian GP was the first race where things didn’t go as planned for Red Bull. Verstappen was forced to retire due to an engine issue, and Sergio Perez also encountered problems with his RB20. On the other hand, Ferrari had a remarkable performance, securing a 1-2 finish and is now just four points behind Red Bull in the Constructors’ Championship.

Perez shared his thoughts on Ferrari’s performance at the Australian GP.

According to Perez, the characteristics of the track will play a significant role in determining the performance of the RB20 in the upcoming Japanese Grand Prix. Red Bull needs to regain control of their situation as Ferrari is closing in fast. The Suzuka event will reveal whether Red Bull’s performance in the Australian GP was an isolated incident or if Ferrari is truly challenging the Austrian team.
