Racing Bulls Sing Praises for Arvid Lindblad’s Stunning Debut in F1 Shakedown!

In a remarkable display of composure and professionalism, 18-year-old British racing sensation Arvid Lindblad has left the Racing Bulls team in awe during the much-anticipated shakedown at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. As he took the wheel of the 2026 racing machine, Lindblad’s maturity behind the wheel was nothing short of spectacular, establishing him as a formidable contender in the world of Formula 1.

Team principal Alan Permane couldn't contain his enthusiasm, drawing compelling parallels between Lindblad and last season's standout, Isack Hadjar. “I was incredibly impressed with him both on and off the track. His calm demeanor is unshakeable; nothing seems to rattle him,” Permane remarked. “He reminds me of Isack from last year—always eager to learn, asking numerous questions, and consistently seeking advice.” The standout takeaway? Lindblad possesses an undeniable rhythm that is already becoming evident.

Adding to the chorus of praise, technical director Tim Goss spotlighted Lindblad’s remarkable ability to adapt to the new technical regulations of 2026. “It’s truly impressive for someone so young. His feedback is clear and straightforward, playing a crucial role in refining the car’s balance,” Goss asserted, highlighting the young driver’s critical contribution to the team’s preparation.

After a successful initial outing in Spain, Lindblad is set to continue his rigorous training alongside teammate Liam Lawson during the upcoming pre-season tests in Sakhir, Bahrain. These tests are scheduled from February 11-13 and February 18-20, marking a pivotal moment in the young driver’s burgeoning career.

With the spotlight now firmly on Lindblad, fans and analysts alike are buzzing with anticipation about what this rising star will bring to the table in the thrilling world of F1 racing. Will he continue to impress as the season unfolds? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: Arvid Lindblad is a name to watch!
