The production of the renewed Mazda2 Hybrid has already started at the brand’s factory in France, and the model will be available in the national market from next March.

The popular city car has undergone a “facelift” and now features a more modern design and enhanced equipment. The work was carried out by Mazda’s European Design Studio, which gave the small city car a bumper and grille with a design in line with the other models of the brand, as well as an update in the rear section, with the introduction of a new black frame around the taillights, and a new sportier bumper.
In the interior, there is a new digital instrument panel, a state-of-the-art sound system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, as well as air conditioning and cruise control as standard.

Combining a three-cylinder gasoline engine with 92 hp and an electric motor with 59 kW, the Mazda 2 Hybrid delivers a total power of 116 hp.
The Japanese brand has already announced that the launch of the Mazda 2 Hybrid in Portugal will take place in March, with a renewed range and prices to be announced closer to the launch date.
