Pramac muda para equipe de fábrica da Yamaha a partir de 2025.

Pramac Racing and Ducati will part ways at the end of the 2024 MotoGP season and join Yamaha starting in 2025. This marks the end of a 19-year collaboration between Pramac and Ducati as they embark on a new chapter with Yamaha. Pramac will now be Yamaha’s secondary “factory” team and will have access to the latest M1 motorcycles. Yamaha will communicate directly with the riders and the current MotoGP engineers will collaborate with the Pramac team. The Pramac lineup for 2025 has not been confirmed yet, but current rider Jorge Martin, who currently leads the championship, will transition to the factory Aprilia team.

Lin Jarvis, Managing Director of Yamaha Motor Racing, expressed his excitement about this new partnership. He highlighted the exciting times for Yamaha and their dedication to motorcycle development. This collaboration with Pramac Racing will be different from previous satellite teams, as Yamaha has placed their trust in Pramac and will provide them with factory motorcycles with the same specifications as the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP team. The main goals are to accelerate motorcycle development and have four competitive riders in the MotoGP championship across two high-level teams.

Jarvis extended his gratitude to Paolo Campinoti, CEO of Pramac, and Gino Borsoi, Team Manager of Pramac Racing, for their faith and trust in Yamaha. He emphasized the respect that Yamaha has for their team and assured them of their total commitment to ensuring a highly successful partnership for many years.
