Porsche says Sebastian Vettel has not decided on Hypercar campaign despite F1 rumors.

Sebastian Vettel, the four-time former world champion, has recently caught the media’s attention with his hints of a return to racing. Amid rumors of a comeback to Formula 1, Vettel tested the Porsche 963 Hypercar. Porsche LMDh director Urs Kuratle has now revealed that Vettel has not yet made a decision on his participation in the World Endurance Championship. Kuratle mentioned that Vettel has been in discussions with several teams about a possible return to Formula 1, but Porsche is still waiting for his final decision. The German manufacturer is hopeful that Vettel will choose to race at Le Mans with Porsche, but time is running out as other options are being considered. During his first outing in an LMDh Hypercar, Vettel impressed Porsche with his motivation and willingness to learn. However, it remains to be seen whether Vettel will ultimately choose to seize the opportunity with Porsche’s Hypercar program and compete at Le Mans in the future.
