Porsche desafia vitória revogada de da Costa na Fórmula E em Misano.

Porsche appeals disqualification of Antonio Felix da Costa’s victory in the Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League Misano race. Despite uncertainty about his future with the team, da Costa managed to secure an impressive win after starting 13th on the grid. However, his victory was later revoked due to a technical violation involving a throttle damper spring on his Porsche. As a result, Nissan’s Oliver Rowland was awarded the win. Porsche claims that this part remained unchanged on da Costa’s car since the beginning of the Gen3 era in 2023, but it was later revealed that the part was no longer legal. Porsche and other teams were not aware of this change, and it is believed that they may have used the part in other races in 2023 and 2024. Da Costa’s teammate, Pascal Wehrlein, also committed the same infraction in Misano but was not penalized as he finished the race in 16th place. Porsche announced that they will appeal the decision but will not provide further comments at this time. The team believes there may be unequal treatment among teams and emphasizes the need for equal and fair treatment in the FIA World Championship. This appeal adds to Porsche’s complicated history with Formula E arbitration, including previous incidents involving Wehrlein and administrative errors.
