Pierre-Louis Loubet arrives at the Central European Rally after two consecutive retirements in the last two rounds of the World Rally Championship (WRC). Outcomes that he now wants to counteract on his return to asphalt, as he has not yet achieved better than a sixth-place finish in 2023.
The Frenchman from M-Sport Ford will debut Benjamin Veillas as his co-driver and faces the penultimate round of the season with the intention of regaining confidence and not having any problems:
– I am happy to do my first rally with Benjamin. After the accident in Chile, I need to regain some confidence and have a clean rally. I want to enjoy driving in Germany, for sure. It is a good feeling to return to asphalt in the Puma during the test, so I am looking forward to seeing what the event brings.
