Pierre Gasly Sets Bold Target for Alpine: Top-Tier Glory in Las Vegas Showdown

Pierre Gasly is charging into the Las Vegas Grand Prix with unshakable confidence, declaring that Alpine is primed to battle at the sharp end of the grid. Buoyed by recent upgrades, the French driver has his sights set on Q3 and points finishes as the team eyes a commanding performance under the neon lights of Sin City.

“Not the minimum, but it’s clearly the objective,” Gasly affirmed. “Since we brought the developments to Austin, we’ve been able to fight for Q3 and for the points.”

Fresh off an electrifying double podium in Brazil, Gasly believes Alpine’s momentum has positioned them as fierce contenders for the sixth spot in the Constructors’ Championship. “We are sixth in the Constructors’ standings and fighting hard with AlphaTauri and Haas. Every point counts now,” he emphasized.

However, Gasly is well aware of the challenges awaiting in Las Vegas. “It’s a tough weekend for many reasons. We’re not used to driving in such cold conditions, and as a street circuit, it brings the usual difficulties. It’s only the second time we’ve raced here,” he said, recalling last year’s fourth-place qualifying effort that was derailed by tire graining in the race.

Despite the hurdles, Gasly remains unfazed and ready to capitalize on Alpine’s recent strides. “Brazil showed what we’re capable of in special conditions. I’m optimistic we can keep fighting at the front and finish the season on a high note.”

With Vegas’ glitzy backdrop and Alpine’s determination, Gasly has delivered a rallying cry for his team to rise to the occasion. “The fight is on, and we’re ready to go all in!”
