Oscar Piastri’s Victories Soar, Targets Leclerc Next

In a stunning turn of events, Australian racing sensation Oscar Piastri has surpassed his teammate Lando Norris in career victories, solidifying his position as a rising star in Formula 1. With his recent win at the Miami Grand Prix, Piastri now has six career victories under his belt, outshining Norris who has only clinched five wins. The young driver’s impressive track record speaks volumes about his talent and ability to seize opportunities on the racetrack.

Having claimed his first F1 victory in Hungary last year, Piastri has continued to dominate, winning one-third of the Grand Prix races he has competed in. What’s even more remarkable is that Piastri has managed to outshine Norris in the number of wins despite having raced 82 fewer times in his career. While Norris may have initially faced challenges with less competitive cars in his early F1 seasons, Piastri’s consistent performance highlights his prowess and determination to succeed.

Piastri’s next target in his quest for career victories is none other than Charles Leclerc, who has stood on the podium eight times since joining Ferrari in 2019. With the current season showing promising results for Piastri, overtaking Leclerc in the rankings seems increasingly likely. As the young driver continues to impress with his skills behind the wheel, he is on track to cement his position among the F1 elite, with only seasoned veterans like Hamilton and Verstappen boasting better win percentages.

Piastri’s journey to the top is a testament to his raw talent and unwavering dedication to excellence on the racetrack. As he sets his sights on new milestones and targets, the racing world eagerly awaits to see how this rising star will continue to shake up the Formula 1 scene.
