Peugeot E-3008 e E-5008 mais potentes e com tração integral chegam no verão

Peugeot has just strengthened the offering of the electric SUVs E-3008 and E-5008, with the arrival of the Electric 325 Dual Motor variant, equipped with a second electric motor on the rear axle and all-wheel drive.

This new version boasts a power output of 325 hp, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 6 seconds for the E-3008 and 6.5 seconds for the E-5008 version.

The all-wheel drive of the new Dual Motor version ensures maximum efficiency and safety in all conditions, with four driving modes available: Normal; 4WD; Sport; and ECO.

The two electric motors are powered by a 73 kWh usable NMC lithium-ion battery, which promises a range of up to 490 km and 467 km, respectively (WLTP combined cycle in Normal mode). As with all 100% electric vehicles from Peugeot, the charging times from 20% to 80% on super-fast chargers are approximately 30 minutes.

In addition, the electric SUVs now feature a battery pre-heating system, which the brand claims improves charging efficiency on long trips when temperatures are lower.

This new Dual Motor variant of the E-3008 and E-5008 features a “Launch Edition” that includes the standard equipment package of the high-end GT version, namely the two-tone paint with a black roof, Pixel LED headlights, electric tailgate, connected infotainment system Peugeot i-Connec® Advanced, etc.

In addition to the equipment of the GT version, the E-3008 325 Dual Motor “Launch Edition” comes standard with 20” alloy wheels, Alcantara upholstery, as well as the 360° Vision & Drive Assist Plus, Sunroof, and Hi-Fi Focal Packs with a premium Hi-Fi Focal system featuring 10 speakers (4 tweeters, 4 woofers, 1 central channel, 1 subwoofer).

The E-5008 version also features the 360° Vision & Drive Assist Plus Pack: VisioPark 360° with 4 HD cameras, Drive Assist Plus 2.0 (semi-autonomous driving), rear traffic detection, heated electric mirrors, illuminated door sills, wireless smartphone charging, alarm and doors with super locking, as well as the panoramic glass pack with impulse interior shade control, Clean Cabin with particle sensors inside, laminated and acoustic side windows.

Peugeot also announced that it will open orders for the new Dual Motor versions of the electric E-3008 and E-5008 at the end of June, and that the new variants of the electric SUVs will hit the market in the summer.
