Perez F1: Qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix goes from success to failure

Sergio Perez, Red Bull Racing driver, expressed his disappointment after being eliminated in the first qualifying session of the Monaco Grand Prix of Formula 1. He experienced a shift from optimism to frustration, as several factors contributed to his poor performance. Despite a late improvement in the third practice session, Perez found himself in 18th position during qualifying. He blamed traffic and advertising stickers on the track for hindering his lap times. Perez acknowledged that his chances of success for the rest of the weekend were minimal due to the lack of overtaking opportunities on the tight and twisty Monaco circuit. He lamented the missed opportunity to secure a better position and emphasized the difficulty he faced due to the challenging conditions.
