Mahomes has also received the NFL’s MVP award twice, been selected for the First-Team All-Pro twice, and made it to the Pro Bowl six times. Some people are already calling him the greatest quarterback in NFL history due to his remarkable success. However, his own father, Patrick Mahomes Sr., believes there is still more for his son to accomplish before earning that title. Mahomes Sr. has great respect for Tom Brady and grew up as a fan of Joe Montana, and he believes those quarterbacks are still better than his son. He wants Mahomes to stay focused and humble despite his achievements. Mahomes and the Chiefs will face the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII next Sunday.
