Judge James Meredith, who presided over the case, did not impose a travel ban on Mahomes Sr. as part of his bond conditions. This decision has raised questions about whether a non-celebrity parent would receive the same leniency after a third DWI offense.
Although Mahomes Sr. can travel to Las Vegas, he will face certain restrictions. Officials have stated that he is prohibited from possessing or consuming alcohol or illegal drugs.
