In a thrilling start to the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, Oscar Piastri shines in FP1, outpacing his competitors with Lando Norris hot on his tail, while Max Verstappen faces a challenging session on the track.

The young gun Piastri showcased his skills by claiming the top spot in the first practice session, leaving Norris just 0.032s behind. A surprising twist came with Carlos Sainz grabbing the third spot in his Williams, trailing Piastri by 0.052s. The competition was fierce in the top six, with George Russell in fourth place, a mere 0.002s adrift of Sainz, and Lewis Hamilton following closely behind by 0.042s.

As the drivers battle it out for supremacy, the Emilia Romagna GP promises to be a nail-biting affair with Piastri making a bold statement right from the start. Will Verstappen bounce back from his struggles and challenge the leaders in the upcoming sessions? Stay tuned for more adrenaline-pumping action from the race track.
