Opel has a new look with a logo, now with a smoother design, complemented by a new font “Opel Next” and Opel neon yellow that signal the innovative strength of the German brand.
The new journey towards the future of the Rüsselsheim brand began with the Opel GT X Experimental, a concept that already featured the new Blitz as an emblem. The distinct signature line appeared in bright neon yellow, a solution that is now adopted in the renewed Opel corporate identity.
With the Mokka, the German manufacturer presented the first production model with the new Opel Vizor front, as well as the Pure Panel, representing the cockpit design of the future.
The next step will be taken with the launch of the new Crossland, as well as the refreshed Mokka, which will be the first production models under the new brand design.
“This new era requires modern brands that, in turn, need to adopt an immediate design. With the new brand elements, we are expressing our intention to become distinctive, progressive, open to novelty, and open to the future,” explained Patrick Fourniol, Opel’s Marketing Director.
The German brand also revealed that the new look will be reflected in all areas, from the products themselves to sales and marketing operations. It will be unveiled through all communication channels and areas of intervention.
