MCLAREN SEEKS SUCCESS DESPITE SETBACKS
Youthful driver Lando Norris believes McLaren has the potential to capitalize on opportunities, much like Ferrari did in Australia. Although a risky strategy cost him a higher position in Suzuka, Norris acknowledged that it reflected McLaren’s current position in the hierarchy. He expressed optimism about their chances of winning races if they can make necessary improvements to the car. Norris also highlighted McLaren’s weaknesses in low-speed situations, which could hinder their performance in Shanghai. Looking ahead, Norris emphasized the importance of improving the car to be competitive with Red Bull and Ferrari.
