Lando Norris spoke about his teammate’s strong start to the season at McLaren, Oscar Piastri. Piastri currently leads Norris in the drivers’ standings by four points after two races. In Bahrain, Piastri finished eighth, while Norris finished sixth, and in Saudi Arabia, Piastri finished fourth, while Norris finished eighth. Norris acknowledged that Piastri’s performance is not surprising, as he had already shown his skills in the previous season. Norris hopes that the competition between them continues to push each other and looks forward to their battles together. Despite surpassing Piastri in the 2023 season, Norris recognizes that his teammate’s speed has helped him improve as a driver. Norris values having a teammate with a different driving style, as it allows him to learn and adapt.
