Verstappen, on the other hand, faced challenges with his tires towards the end of the race. Despite pushing his car to the limit, he struggled to maintain grip and saw Norris closing in. Verstappen had to deal with the tough situation of driving on the edge with tires that were not performing optimally. However, he managed to avoid making mistakes and ultimately secured the victory, expressing his joy at the achievement.
