RACING SCANDAL: Tsolov Stripped of Victory in F3 Feature Race!

In a shocking turn of events, Nikola Tsolov has been stripped of his Formula 3 Feature Race victory in Austria after a post-race technical inspection deemed his car non-compliant. This disqualification has handed the win to Martinius Stenshorne, who now takes his third victory in F3.

Tsolov, who had dominated the race from pole position, faced a challenge from his title rival, Rafael Camara, but it was all in vain as his car failed to meet the minimum plank thickness requirement. The stewards found that the rear plank of Tsolov’s car was below the required thickness, breaching the Technical Regulations.

As a result of Tsolov’s disqualification, Stenshorne claimed the top spot after a remarkable drive from 15th on the grid. Tim Tramnitz also made an impressive climb from 17th to finish second, with Mari Boya rounding up the podium in third position.

The disqualification has had significant implications on the championship standings, widening the gap between Camara and Tsolov. With Tsolov dropping behind Tramnitz in the standings, Camara now holds a commanding 24-point lead in the Drivers’ Championship after six rounds of the 2025 F3 season.

In another twist to the story, Laurens van Hoepen has also been disqualified for failing to comply with the tyre pressures specified in the Pirelli technical preview, losing out on a points finish despite finishing ninth in the race.

The revised race classification now sees Stenshorne taking the victory, followed by Tramnitz and Boya on the podium. Ugo Ugochukwu, Camara, Charlie Wurz, Noah Stromsted, Callum Voisin, Brad Benavides, and Theophile Nael complete the top 10.

This scandalous turn of events has sent shockwaves through the F3 community, raising questions about compliance and fair play in the world of motorsport. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story!
