New shocking revelations in the world of Formula 1 have sent shockwaves through the racing community, as Max Verstappen’s telemetry data unveils a startling truth about his clash with Oscar Piastri in Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, Lando Norris is making drastic lifestyle changes in a bid to secure the F1 2025 World Championship title.

According to former F1 driver Jolyon Palmer, Max Verstappen’s telemetry data indicates that the Red Bull driver was not pushed off track by Piastri at Turn 1 during the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. Palmer suggests that even if Piastri had not been a factor, Verstappen’s aggressive driving would have led to a similar outcome, questioning the Dutch driver’s tactics in a risky bid to maintain his lead.

In a surprising turn of events, McLaren’s Lando Norris has announced that he is giving up alcohol in a strategic move to enhance his performance on the track and increase his chances of clinching the F1 2025 World Championship title. This decision comes on the heels of a facial injury Norris sustained while partying in Amsterdam, just a week before his victorious moment at the Miami Grand Prix last year.

In other F1 news, the FIA has granted approval to GM Performance Power Units as a new engine manufacturer for the sport, signaling a significant shift in the power dynamics within Formula 1. The approval paves the way for the Cadillac Formula 1 team, currently powered by a Ferrari engine, to transition to GM power units starting from the 2029 season.

Additionally, following the resignation of FIA deputy president for sport Robert Reid, FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem has nominated Malcolm Wilson OBE as his successor. Wilson, a former rally driver and the current managing director of M-Sport, is poised to step into a pivotal role within the FIA pending a crucial vote from FIA members.

These recent developments have set the stage for a dramatic transformation within the F1 landscape, with controversies, strategic changes, and power shifts promising a thrilling season ahead. Stay tuned for more updates as the F1 world gears up for an action-packed future on the track.
