Hyundai announced this Wednesday that the new Inster, the 100% electric compact model, has already won over more than a hundred customers since its launch in the national market on April 10th.
Equipped with a 42 kWh or 49 kWh (Long-Range) battery, the new Hyundai Inster features a motor that delivers 97 hp in the base variant and 115 hp in the Long-Range version. Both versions provide 147 Nm of torque.

In terms of charging, the new Inster’s battery can be recharged from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes at a 120 kW DC charging station. Using an 11 kW AC outlet, a full charge takes 4 hours for the base model or 4 hours and 35 minutes for the Long Range version. The Inster is also equipped with the V2L function, which allows it to power other electrical devices, and it boasts a range of 327 km in the entry-level version under the WLTP combined cycle and 473 km in the urban cycle, while the Long-Range variant claims a range of 360 km in the combined cycle and 493 km in the urban cycle.
In terms of onboard technology, the Inster features a 10.25” digital instrument panel, a 10.25” touchscreen infotainment display with navigation, and an integrated wireless charging pad in the compact center console. It is worth noting that the new Hyundai Inster is available in the national market starting at €19,250.
