After having faced in 2024 the winding mountain roads of Pikes Peak, in the USA, with the radical 100% electric pick-up, F-150 Lightning SuperTruck, Ford is now preparing to “attack” the famous ascent with a Mustang Mach-E.
Developed by Ford Performance, this special Mustang Mach-E, of which no technical details have been revealed, shows that the model features enhanced aerodynamics to tackle the 20 kilometers of mountainous road, highlighted by the generous front lip, accompanied by a massive rear wing, as well as a large diffuser.
Although we still do not know details about the electric powertrain of the Mustang Mach-E for Pikes Peak, Ford has revealed that the driver will once again be Romain Dumas.
