Thierry Neuville faced a setback at 24 km and again at 26.2 km due to possible fuel pressure issues during stage 11, which followed the midday service. He managed to complete the stage in EV mode, but this resulted in a delay of 2 minutes and 38 seconds.
In another unfortunate incident, Tanak had his side window shattered, causing the cabin to be filled with suffocating dust.
Takamoto emerged victorious in the stage.
