NASCAR Texas Triple-Header: Full Entry List Reveals Surprising Open Team Additions

Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled weekend at Texas Motor Speedway as NASCAR’s finest drivers gear up for a triple-header showdown in Fort Worth, Texas. The high-octane action will feature the NASCAR Cup Series alongside the Xfinity and Truck Series divisions, promising fans a thrilling display of speed and skill.

Leading the pack in the Cup Series are the 36 chartered teams, including familiar faces with no driver changes expected. But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Two open teams are shaking things up with their entry into the event. Chad Finchum will be revving up in the No. 66 for Garage 66 team (formerly known as MBM Motorsports), while Jesse Love will be burning rubber in the No. 62 Beard Motorsports Chevrolet. Love, a standout with two NASCAR Xfinity Series wins under his belt, will be pulling double duty this weekend, joining Riley Herbst as the only drivers competing in both the Cup and Xfinity races.

The Xfinity Series will see a fierce battle among 40 cars vying for 38 coveted spots on the grid. Alongside the series regulars, notable entries include Katherine Legge in the No. 32 Jordan Anderson Racing Chevrolet, Riley Herbst in the No. 19 for Joe Gibbs Racing, and Corey Day in the No. 17 for Hendrick Motorsports.

In the Truck Series, 32 entries will take on the challenge at Texas. Xfinity regulars Nick Sanchez and Brandon Jones will be among the contenders, with Carson Hocevar being the sole full-time Cup driver in the mix, driving the No. 7 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet.

Get ready for a weekend of non-stop racing action as drivers push themselves to the limit in pursuit of glory at Texas Motor Speedway. It’s going to be a showdown like no other, with thrills, spills, and intense competition guaranteed for all NASCAR fans.
