The British Morgan has decided to say goodbye to the Plus Six with a limited edition named Pinnacle Edition, which features a set of special details.
The Morgan roadster does not show significant changes on the exterior, but the brand has announced that customers can choose any available color at no additional cost, along with details in satin warm silver and a polished fuel cap styled like those seen at Le Mans.
The interior, however, features several new elements, as this is a limited edition, highlighting the inclusion of Fawn, Explore, or Riviera leather details, as part of a partnership with Bridge of Weir. Additionally, exclusivity is maintained with teak wood, natural sheepskin floor mats, and special handmade stitching on the seat covers, along with a Pinnacle logo in aluminum on the center console.
In terms of engine, this Pinnacle Edition features the well-known 3.0-liter six-cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine from BMW, which delivers a power output of 340 hp and a maximum torque of 500 Nm. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, allowing for acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 267 km/h.
Morgan has already announced that it will produce only 30 units of the Pinnacle Edition to bid farewell to the Plus Six after five years of production of the British brand’s roadster. It is also known that each unit of this limited edition will have a starting price of €116,000.
