Monaco Grand Prix: Intense Battle Awaits Rookie Drivers in Qualifying

The Monaco Grand Prix is looming, and the streets of Monaco are about to witness a fierce showdown as rookie drivers gear up for the intense qualifying session. Among the teams competing this year, the Racing Bulls stand out with both their drivers set to tackle the challenging Monaco circuit for the first time in Formula 1 cars.

Isack Hadjar, who clinched second place in last year’s Formula 2 Feature Race, is eager to make his mark in Monaco once again. With a strong performance in the previous race in Imola, finishing ninth, Hadjar is determined to secure more points this weekend. He expressed his excitement for the qualifying session, stating, “Monaco is almost a home race for me, and I’m sure it will be a truly special weekend. I believe it’s the best qualifying session of the year because it’s really intense, so I can’t wait.”

On the other hand, Liam Lawson is still chasing his first points of the season, both with Red Bull and Racing Bulls. Despite having some experience in Monaco from junior categories, Lawson acknowledges the unique challenge of racing in Formula 1 at this iconic circuit. He emphasized the prestige and history surrounding the track, highlighting the minimal margin for error and the immense challenge it presents. Lawson expressed his anticipation for the weekend, emphasizing the importance of getting comfortable on the track during the practice sessions.

As the Monaco Grand Prix approaches, all eyes will be on these talented rookies as they navigate the unforgiving streets of Monte Carlo in pursuit of valuable points. Stay tuned for an electrifying qualifying session that is sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats.
