The Mobi.E network registered a new record of charging in July, with over 813 thousand charges completed, representing a growth of 46% compared to July 2024.
In total, there were about 132 thousand distinct users who utilized the public charging network, which represents a growth of 46% compared to the same month of the previous year.
As for the energy consumed, it followed the growth trend, reaching 18.7 GWh, an increase of 61% compared to July 2024, while the daily average of charges also increased, surpassing the values recorded in June.
According to Mobi.E, from January to July, more than 4.7 million charges were registered, a growth of 48% compared to the same period in 2024, while the energy consumed reached 106,477 MWh, an increase of 62% compared to the previous year, and the number of unique users recorded an increase of 52%, reaching over 288,920.
At the end of July, the public charging network consisted of 6,706 stations, totaling 12,433 charging points. Of these, more than 2,620 were fast or ultra-fast charging, representing about 39.1% of the network.
In terms of environmental savings, a new record was set in July, with the use of the Mobi.E network preventing the emission of more than 15,064 tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, which the company reveals to be “a new record in a single month.”
Likewise, in the environmental plan, July set a new record: 15,064 tons of CO₂ avoided, equivalent to what more than 248 thousand 10-year-old urban trees could retain. In total for the year, over 85,608 tons of CO₂ have already been avoided, thanks to the use of the public charging network.
“It would take more than 248 thousand 10-year-old urban trees to retain the same CO2. Calculating for the first seven months of the year, more than 85,608 tons of CO2 have already been saved”.
