The Microlino Tributo Porsche 917K is a special project of the quadricycle powered by a 100% electric motor with only 17 hp, developed to pay tribute to the car from the German brand that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970 and 1971. Created for Sara Levy, daughter of Andrea Levy, driver and President of the Turin Motor Show, this unique specimen features a decoration inspired by the blue and orange of Gulf, just like the 917K with the number 20 that Steve McQueen immortalized in the 1970 film Le Mans.
The project by Sara Levy was carried out at the Microlino factory in Turin, a process that took more than four months of work, as the painting was done by hand and required three layers of clear varnish. La Selleria Tota was responsible for the interior upholstery, using materials such as Alcantara.
The Microlino measures 2.5 m in length, weighs 496 kg, and features an electric motor with 17 hp. The manufacturer claims a maximum speed of 90 km/h, 5.0 seconds from 0-50 km/h, and up to 200 km of range, ensured by a battery that can be fully recharged in 4 hours from a standard outlet.
