MG has announced the opening of its new spare parts warehouse, located in Cabanillas del Campo, in the province of Guadalajara, just a few kilometers from Madrid.
This new warehouse, covering 10,000 m², will manage the 1,500 most frequently rotated parts, while the remaining stock will continue to be available in the warehouses in Amsterdam and Shanghai.

The new facility will be fully operational by summer and will enable a 24-hour delivery commitment for the entire official dealer network in Portugal and Spain.
This timeframe applies to both maintenance interval parts – with a safety stock equivalent to 2.5 months available at the dealers themselves – as well as to high-demand parts. Night delivery will also be available for dealers who already have this system in place.
“This new logistics infrastructure will allow MG to further reduce delivery times to our dealer network, establishing new standards of speed and efficiency. It is a decisive step in consolidating the brand’s presence in the Iberian Peninsula and ensuring excellent service for our customers.”, said Leo Zhang Hongze, president and CEO of SAIC Motor Spain and Portugal.
“This is MG’s tenth warehouse in Europe, joining the four existing ones in the United Kingdom, two in the Netherlands, and those in France, Italy, and Hungary. With eight loading ramps, a capacity for 5,000 pallets, and a state-of-the-art management system, this new center places us at the forefront of automotive logistics, ensuring a fast and efficient service to our network.”, stated Justin Zu, after-sales director of MG Spain and Portugal.
In addition to this new parts warehouse, MG also announced the creation of a logistics hub in Barcelona, which will coordinate all vehicle operations for the brand in Southern Europe.
It is worth noting that MG delivered more than 1,200 units in the first four months of 2025, representing a 70% growth compared to the same period in 2024, thus consolidating its position in the national automotive market ranking.
