Video game fans have reasons to celebrate as the new update of Forza Horizon 5, which has just hit the market, now includes the MG Cyberster sports car, a 100% electric model that will be launched in the second half of the year.
The popular car racing video game, available for Xbox and PC, now allows players from around the world to virtually drive the fastest and most powerful MG of all time. The game describes the MG Cyberster as “the spiritual successor to the TF.”
The 2023 MG Cyberster is a 100% electric roadster equipped with an all-wheel drive system and a motor capable of developing 544 hp of power and a maximum torque of 725 Nm, which can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds.
The actual model is set to hit the market in the summer and marks the centenary of the historic British brand’s return to its sporting origins, as it is a 2-seater roadster with modern lines, but clearly inspired by the past, including scissor-opening doors and a canvas top, along with a fully electric powertrain.
