Mercedes-Benz has announced that it will take advantage of its presence at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which takes place in Las Vegas, United States, from January 9 to 12, to present the new generation of the MBUX virtual assistant with artificial intelligence, which, according to the German brand, takes the relationship between the driver and the car to a new dimension with a natural and human-like interaction.
Mercedes has already stated that its new vision is the way to go for a hyper-personalized and intuitive customer experience – not only inside the car, as the new system puts the voice assistant ‘Hey Mercedes’ in a completely new visual dimension with high-resolution graphics from Unity’s game engine. This advanced functionality with artificial intelligence combines the intelligent systems of the MBUX into a single unit and presents customers with a new expressive interface with natural interaction.
In this way, the MBUX virtual assistant, which operates based on Mercedes-Benz’s internally developed MB.OS operating system, is one of the main digital innovations that will be presented at CES 2024.
