In a shocking turn of events, young Mercedes prodigy Kimi Antonelli has clinched pole position for the upcoming Miami Grand Prix sprint race, marking a historic moment in his budding career. The 18-year-old sensation has shattered records, including becoming the youngest pole-sitter across all race formats, previously held by Sebastian Vettel. Antonelli’s remarkable feat saw him outpace the McLaren duo and set the fastest lap time on a track he had never experienced before this weekend.

As the Championship leader, Oscar Piastri, secured the second spot on the starting grid, his teammate Lando Norris will be right behind in third place. However, the reigning champion Max Verstappen had to settle for fourth position, while Antonelli’s teammate George Russell managed to clinch the fifth spot.

Meanwhile, the seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton continues to struggle with the Ferrari SF-25, expressing visible frustration as he lags behind in seventh place. The grid for the Miami Grand Prix sprint race is set with Antonelli in pole position, followed by Piastri and Norris in the top three.

The race enthusiasts worldwide are eagerly awaiting the thrilling event scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025, with different start times across various time zones. The F1 headlines are buzzing with Max Verstappen facing a potential FIA penalty risk, and Mercedes’ car legality being questioned ahead of the Miami Grand Prix.

The stage is set for a high-octane showdown in Miami as the young guns and seasoned veterans gear up to battle it out on the track. Stay tuned for the latest updates and action-packed coverage of the F1 2025 Miami Grand Prix Sprint Race.
