The national automotive market grew by 13.1% in the first quarter, with 68,520 new vehicles registered, with Peugeot maintaining its leadership in the passenger car market.
According to data from ACAP, in the first three months of this year, the French brand delivered 6,854 units, leaving Renault in second place with 4,863 vehicles delivered in the same period, while Dacia closed the top three with 4,494 units delivered.
Mercedes-Benz maintained its leadership in the premium brands, with 4,301 cars, allowing it to occupy the fourth position among the brands with the most passenger cars sold in the first quarter, followed by Citroën, with 3,874 units, closing the top five.
