Maserati continues to surprise fans of the brand with the customization options of the MC20, and this time it revealed the MC20 Cielo “Opera d’Arte”, a unique model created by Maserati Fuoriserie, which features a painting inspired by a work of art, with geometric patterns and a matching configuration for the interior.
The designers of the Modena brand applied a multicolored paint to the bodywork with shades of blue, white, cyan, red, black, and yellow, using abstract graphics reminiscent of “Geometric Abstraction” – an artistic movement from the early 20th century.
In addition, the Trident emblem that is normally located at the rear of the MC20 Cielo has been transformed into a piece of abstract art, and the 20″ wheels have been painted accordingly, with each one featuring a different color.
The interior of this MC20 Cielo “Opera d’Arte” features a similar treatment on the lower part of the instrument panel, along with sport seats upholstered in blue Alcantara, as well as a sport steering wheel also finished in blue.
There are no changes in terms of mechanics, and this special MC20 Cielo makes use of the 3.0-liter Nettuno V6 engine with twin turbo and dry sump, which delivers 630 hp of power and a maximum torque of 730 Nm.
Maserati did not reveal the price of this MC20 Cielo “Opera d’Arte”, but it noted that this was a special request for an American customer.
