The Mazda brand has been named the Recommended Brand 2024 in Portugal, an award given by Portal da Queixa, which recognizes the close relationship between the Japanese brand and its customers, as well as the high performance maintained throughout the past year on the platform.
Volvo was recognized for being the brand in the automotive category that achieved the highest average Satisfaction Index, 85.8%, resulting from a response rate of 100%, an average response time of 100%, and a solution rate of 98.3%, obtained throughout the previous year.
Thus, the support provided to consumers through Portal da Queixa had a positive impact, with consumers recommending the brand as a clear demonstration of their satisfaction with the service provided.
“The certification as ‘Recommended Brand 2024’ is a source of great pride for us and our network of Dealers and Authorized Repairers, illustrating the public satisfaction of all those to whom we provide a wide range of services, meeting their different needs and always seeking appropriate solutions for each individual case.”, stated José Santos, Director of After-Sales and Network Development at Mazda Motor Portugal, in a press release.
It is worth remembering that the Complaints Portal was launched in 2009 and is an innovative and pioneering project in Europe, born from the creation of the technological start-up – Consumers Trust. The project has grown sustainably together with consumers and brands, who have considered the Complaints Portal as an excellent channel, enabling dialogue, feedback, and the sharing of experiences, with the aim of understanding and resolving requests.
