In a jaw-dropping turn of events at the Japanese Grand Prix, Max Verstappen left everyone in awe with a “magical” pole lap at Suzuka, leaving even seasoned driver Fernando Alonso in disbelief. The Spaniard, who failed to advance past Q2, was effusive in his praise for Verstappen’s remarkable performance, stating, “Only he can do it.”

Verstappen’s sensational lap, snatching pole position from Lando Norris by a mere 0.012 seconds, has set the racing world abuzz. Despite the challenging nature of this year’s Red Bull car, Verstappen’s unwavering determination and exceptional skill shone through, surprising even the driver himself.

Alonso, who will start in 13th position, acknowledged the superior driving abilities of the four-time world champion, emphasizing Verstappen’s ability to consistently push the limits of his car. The two drivers have a history of mutual respect, with Alonso previously endorsing Verstappen’s composure under pressure during intense title battles.

Verstappen, on his part, has also expressed admiration for Alonso’s racing style, highlighting the Spaniard’s talent and competitive spirit. As the stage is set for an electrifying race in Japan, the remarkable feats of Verstappen and Alonso continue to captivate fans and experts alike.

Stay tuned for more exhilarating updates from the world of Formula 1.
