Max Verstappen slams F1 movie idea: why the four-time champion thinks it’s a bad move

Max Verstappen Rejects Biopic: “Not a Movie Worth Making!”

In an explosive revelation, Max Verstappen, the young Dutch dynamo and reigning four-time Formula 1 world champion, has made it crystal clear: he doesn’t want a movie chronicling his meteoric rise in motorsport. At just 28 years old, Verstappen has shattered numerous records, including the remarkable feat of the most consecutive Grand Prix victories in F1 history, cementing his legacy as one of the sport’s greatest talents.

As he stands proudly on the podium of F1 history, third only to legends Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton in total Grand Prix wins, the question looms—would a film about his life be a blockbuster? However, Verstappen himself thinks otherwise. In a candid social media video, he declared, “I think one thing I would say is probably not make a movie. It’s probably much better, much safer as well for everyone.” His dismissive take raises eyebrows—could there be more to this than meets the eye?

Beyond the glitz and glamour of his F1 achievements, Verstappen is a multi-faceted racing prodigy. He is not only a powerhouse on the track but also a savvy entrepreneur, having launched his own racing team, Verstappen.com. The future looks bright for this young titan, especially with his ambitions to conquer the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans. And if he could choose a dream teammate, none other than racing icon Fernando Alonso would fit the bill—now that’s a partnership that would set the screens ablaze!

In 2025 alone, Verstappen not only scored eight Grand Prix victories, but he also made waves in the GT3 circuit, winning on his debut. His versatility and hunger for competition suggest that he may continue to dominate the sport well into his 30s, potentially threatening the all-time records held by his predecessors.

As fans eagerly anticipate what the future holds for this racing sensation, one thing is certain: the story of Max Verstappen is far from over, whether it hits the big screen or not. With record-breaking potential and thrilling aspirations, Verstappen remains a compelling figure in the world of motorsport, proving that sometimes, reality is more fascinating than fiction.
