Jos Verstappen claims that conflicts within Red Bull will only intensify until Christian Horner steps down from his position. The statements made by the Dutch driver have caused quite a stir in the Formula 1 community recently. An employee accused the 50-year-old team principal of inappropriate behavior, but he was cleared of the allegations within 24 hours. However, another controversy arose when there was an alleged leak of evidence, once again putting Horner in the spotlight. Now, Jos Verstappen, father of Red Bull driver Max Verstappen, has criticized the team principal.

There were rumors circulating about a rift between Jos Verstappen and Christian Horner. However, the British team principal had denied these claims. Finally, the former Formula 1 driver spoke about the whole situation. The 51-year-old Dutchman recently stated that tensions within the team will persist as long as Horner remains in his role as team principal.

Furthermore, Jos Verstappen went on to suggest that Christian Horner’s case could potentially cause Red Bull Racing to completely fall apart. He made it clear that the current situation cannot continue much longer, as it may lead to a volatile outcome within the Milton Keynes-based team.

In addition, Jos Verstappen stated that Horner was portraying himself as a victim in this situation, despite the issues stemming from the alleged behavior of the 50-year-old team principal.

Jos Verstappen’s bold statement about Horner’s case potentially dismantling Red Bull Racing should not be taken lightly. The accusations against the 50-year-old team principal have not only damaged the team’s reputation, but also cast a negative light on the entire sport of Formula 1. There have also been reports that Dietrich Mateschitz’s son is joining Helmut Marko in an effort to remove Christian Horner from his position.

It is clear that Jos Verstappen is unhappy with the British team principal. Consequently, Max Verstappen, his son and current world champion, may align with his father on this issue, potentially causing a rift between the 26-year-old driver and his team principal. However, Max has made it clear that he is fully focused on his 2024 campaign.

Undoubtedly, Christian Horner has reportedly lost the support of several allies within the team, including aerodynamics genius Adrian Newey. However, the 50-year-old team principal seems to have the support of his wife, as they were seen kissing at the Bahrain Grand Prix.

However, if tensions continue to escalate within Red Bull and the world of Formula 1, Christian Horner may soon find himself at risk of losing his career in the sport. Fans will be eager to see how things unfold for the 50-year-old team principal in the coming days.
