Max Verstappen antecipa corridas com menos zebras após vencer o GP do Canadá.

Max Verstappen acknowledged that he was eager to compete on circuits where the presence of kerbs did not pose a significant challenge for Red Bull. The Dutch driver faced a tough weekend in Montreal, initially struggling with lack of grip. However, the three-time world champion managed to cross the finish line in first place, securing another victory this season. Verstappen openly admitted he was optimistic about the upcoming races.

In recent races, Red Bull has struggled with kerbs on the track, hindering their performance and dominance, especially on circuits like Miami. The 26-year-old driver confessed he was looking forward to races where kerbs did not pose such a significant obstacle on the track.

Max Verstappen emphasized that the 2024 season has seen different teams gaining an advantage on specific circuits. The current world champion expressed that this has made the season more exciting. While Verstappen faces a greater challenge in his quest for victory at the pinnacle of motorsport after dominating the last two seasons. F1 will head to the next race in two weeks.

Verstappen and Red Bull had a disastrous outing in the previous race in Monaco. The Dutch driver was not even in contention for a podium finish on the streets of Monte Carlo, a track that Red Bull used to dominate in the past. However, Max Verstappen and his team managed to turn things around in Montreal, beating their rivals and securing a race win.

The Dutch driver expressed his satisfaction with the victory in Canada, acknowledging that it is common for teams to face tough weekends. However, Verstappen emphasized that what matters most is how the team identifies their weaknesses and resolves their issues for the future.

Undoubtedly, the victory in the Canadian GP provides a significant boost for Max Verstappen and Red Bull. The Dutch driver once again solidified his position as the favorite for the 2024 world title. However, it is clear that Verstappen will not have an easy journey for the rest of this season.
