Marquez estava ‘totalmente exausto’ ao alcançar os líderes na MotoGP Le Mans.

Marc Marquez faced extreme fatigue as he approached the leading duo formed by Francesco Bagnaia and Jorge Martin in the French MotoGP Grand Prix at Le Mans. Marquez faced a challenging task after not qualifying for Q2, starting in 13th place in both the Sprint and the main race. Despite the disappointing qualifying, Marquez managed to secure an impressive second place in the Sprint. He repeated this achievement on Sunday, but admitted to Autosport after the race that he was unsure if he could compete for the win, even after overtaking Bagnaia on the last lap to secure second place. Marquez expressed his tiredness, stating that he was pushing himself to the limit during the race and had no time to relax. When he caught up to the leading riders, he realized he was not feeling comfortable on the bike and struggled to find an opportunity to overtake Bagnaia due to his strong defense at Turn 3. However, Marquez decided to stay close and seized his chance on the last lap, successfully overtaking Bagnaia at Turn 9. He believes his chances of victory would have been higher if he hadn’t fought against Fabio Di Giannantonio. Marquez acknowledged that he lost valuable time during the battle, but in the end, he was satisfied with his second place, which elevated him to third in the riders’ standings.
