Lucid, the American electric vehicle brand, is developing a third model that will be positioned below the Air sedan and the Gravity SUV. The California-based company has now revealed a teaser of the new model, which hints at the design of the brand’s future SUV.

Thus, the image revealed on social media shows a model with a curvy shape, four doors with retractable handles, and a hood similar to that used by the Air and Gravity, featuring the letters “LUCID” on the front.
The company has not disclosed details about the new model, which is expected to go into production in 2026, but has indicated that the new 100% electric SUV will be “more efficient”. All signs suggest it will use a smaller battery than competitors, which could help reduce costs, and it is announced that the new model “will have a price under $50,000”, just over €45,000, and will be based on a new platform for midsize vehicles.
